Project
Lead:
The Project Lead is a management position. The Project Lead assists
in the management of day to day technical operations for start-up,
commissioning, and qualification/validation activities under a
Project Manager on a large project or lead and manage staff for
small to medium sized projects.
Education:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in
Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related Science.
An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is encouraged.
Experience:
A minimum of seven (7) years experience
in the pharm/biotech industry with a minimum of five (5) years
of technical experience in commissioning & qualification/validation
and a minimum of 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
is required. Experiential requirements include a full understanding
of all basic commissioning and qualification/validation concepts.
Software
Proficiency:
MS Office (word, excel, power point)
and MS Outlook. Working knowledge and understanding of project
management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and database
program (MS Access) preferred.
